Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive construction project coordinator to join our team. The candidate will support our construction projects by performing financial feasibility studies, project analysis, and coordination with internal teams and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct financial feasibility analysis for construction projects.
Assist in tender analysis and evaluation for various infrastructure projects.
Prepare project portfolios and synopses for management review.
Develop project plans and schedules for investments/funding related to PPP projects.
Coordinate with in-house departments, consultants, and vendors during pre- and post-construction phases.
Monitor and control project progress to ensure timely execution.
Coordinate with subcontractors: review contracts, manage execution, and maintain records in SAP.
Understand and stay updated on policy and regulatory frameworks in the infrastructure sector.
Create Project Schedule that included materials required & manpower present at site.
Managing project documents such as project plan, schedule and scope of the project.
Update the progress of the sites on different platforms as directed by the management or project manager.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
25 years of experience in construction projects
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
Experience with project monitoring, coordination, and contract management.
Familiarity with SAP or project management software is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple stakeholders.
