Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator (Retail) cum Admin to support retail project execution and handle administrative operations. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, tracking project timelines, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative functioning.
Key Responsibilities:-
Project Coordination (Retail)
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring retail projects (store launches, renovations, promotions, etc.)
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery
- Track project progress, timelines, and budgets; highlight delays or risks
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates
- Support procurement and inventory coordination for retail projects
- Ensure compliance with company standards and retail guidelines
Administrative Responsibilities
- Manage office operations including scheduling, documentation, and correspondence
- Maintain records, files, contracts, and invoices
- Handle vendor management and coordination for admin services
- Support travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and event planning
- Monitor office supplies and ensure smooth facility management
- Assist in HR/admin tasks like onboarding coordination and attendance tracking

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in project coordination and/or administrative roles (preferably in retail)
Preferred Experience
- Experience in retail store operations or expansion projects
- Familiarity with vendor management and procurement processes
- Exposure to project management tools/software
