• Coordinate between site, head office, consultants, and contractors

• Track schedules, approvals, and pending work

• Prepare MOMs, progress reports, and MIS

• Follow up on materials and contractor bills

Must have: Coordination experience in a real estate company

Compensation: Based on experience
