For our client based in US, we are looking for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our Account Management team. This role is critical in keeping internal projects on track, ensuring clear communication across teams, and helping deliver a seamless client experience. You will work closely with two Account Managers, handling task coordination and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
● Create, assign, and organize tasks in Asana following client meetings
● Track project timelines and follow up with internal team members on deliverables
● Monitor the status of key projects and ensure deadlines are met
● Assist in preparing, organizing, and updating reports
● Support day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks
Qualifications:
● Experience with Asana or similar project management tools preferred
● Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
● Okay to work part-time
● US shift timing9:30 PM to 1:30 AM IST
