Join our Team as a Provisioning Coordinator

Location: Gurgaon (5 Days onsite)

Hours: UK Shift

About The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of projects across multiple domains. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong organizational skills, and can effectively coordinate between customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end delivery of products and services, including telephony solutions, data connectivity, and hosted systems.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers during project delivery, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Manage and track project progress, ensuring timely delivery within agreed SLAs.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to avoid delays.
  • Provide weekly project updates through reports, calls, and emails to stakeholders.
  • Handle order processing, approvals, and ensure alignment with customer requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  • Onboard new customers as per defined processes and ensure smooth project initiation.
  • Attend customer meetings, kick-offs, and provide updates on delivery status.
  • Support Project Delivery Managers in documentation, reporting, and coordination tasks.
  • Assist in basic hardware configuration and service setup when required.

  • Strong knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
  • Good understanding of telephony and communication solutions

Qualifications & Experience 

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in project coordination or delivery
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors
  • PRINCE2 certification (desirable but not mandatory)
