Job Description:
● Liaise across cross-functional teams (permissions, execution, MIS) to manage monetization campaigns end-to-end—from intake to POD closure
● Assign campaign leads to field teams and track approvals within defined SLAs
● Prioritize high-impact and time-sensitive activities to ensure timely campaign delivery
● Monitor campaign progress, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve issues
● Escalate critical challenges to ensure high compliance and minimal detractors
● Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders through dashboards and KPI reports
● Track and analyze key metrics such as permission rates, turnaround time (TAT), and occupancy
Skills & Requirements
● Bachelor's degree required
● 2+ years of experience in project coordination, sales operations, BTL campaigns, or real estate operations
● Experience managing cross-team workflows in fast-paced environments
● Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Workspace for tracking and reporting
● Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle high-volume campaigns
● Excellent communication skills for stakeholder alignment
● Data-driven mindset with the ability to monitor and interpret KPIs (e.g., median TAT, approval rates)
● Proactive approach to problem-solving in high-density society operations
