Project Coordinator – Solar Projects

Kyrenza Energy Solutions Private Limited is looking for a proactive and execution-driven Project Coordinator – Solar Projects to support on-ground execution of solar power projects.

You will work closely with the founder and coordinate with EPC contractors, government offices, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution from development to commissioning.

Project Coordination & Execution

• Coordinate with EPC contractors, site engineers, consultants, and internal teams

• Track project timelines and ensure timely completion

• Identify delays/issues and escalate proactively

Government & Documentation

• Assist in land documentation and verification

• Handle DISCOM approvals and follow-ups

• Support PM-KUSUM / state scheme applications

• Visit government offices when required

Site Monitoring

• Visit project sites regularly (2–3 times/week)

• Share progress updates, photos/videos, and report issues

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

• Follow up with vendors and contractors for timelines and deliverables

• Ensure smooth communication between stakeholders

Finance Coordination

• Track vendor invoices and payments

• Maintain basic cost tracking sheets

Tender & Pipeline Tracking

• Monitor solar tenders in Bihar and nearby states

• Assist in tender preparation and submission

Reporting & MIS

• Maintain daily activity reports and weekly progress updates

• Manage project documentation records

Education:

Diploma / B.Tech (Electrical / Civil preferred)

Experience:

1–3 years of experience in solar projects, renewable energy,

• Strong coordination and follow-up skills

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders

• Comfortable with fieldwork and travel

• Basic Excel and reporting skills

• Problem-solving attitude and ownership mindset

• Street-smart, proactive, and reliable individual

• Someone who can execute on-ground work effectively

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment

• ₹30,000 – ₹40,000/month + performance incentives
