Job Summary
- We are seeking experienced PMO Analysts / Project Coordinators to support Project Management Office (PMO) activities and assist in project delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong coordination skills, experience working in dynamic delivery environments, and the ability to support project managers in ensuring successful execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Support PMO governance activities including reporting, tracking, and documentation
- Assist Project Managers in planning, execution, and delivery of projects
- Maintain and track project plans, schedules, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely deliverables
- Prepare status reports, dashboards, and stakeholder communications
- Ensure adherence to project management standards, tools, and processes
- Support resource planning and allocation tracking
- Facilitate project meetings, capture minutes, and follow up on action items
- Assist in managing multiple parallel projects in fast-paced environments
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in PMO support / Project Coordination / Delivery Operations / Junior Project Management
- Experience working in multi-project environments (IT delivery / consulting preferred)
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid)
- Proficiency in tools like MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, Confluence, or similar
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to IT infrastructure / cloud / application delivery projects
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum (CSM/PSM) are a plus
- Experience in global delivery or consulting environments
