This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Project Coordinator based in India.
This role focuses on supporting real-world research and healthcare-related projects by ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, accurate data handling, and efficient coordination across multiple workstreams. You will play a key role in maintaining participant records, tracking logistics, resolving data discrepancies, and supporting incentive processing. The position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage structured administrative workflows in a fast-paced, regulated environment. You will also act as a key point of contact for participant queries, ensuring timely and professional communication. The role is highly collaborative, working closely with internal project teams to ensure studies run smoothly and accurately. Your contribution will directly support the integrity and success of healthcare research initiatives.
Accountabilities
- Support the coordination and administration of real-world research projects, ensuring smooth day-to-day execution of operational tasks
- Monitor logistics activities including shipment tracking, delivery status of participant packs, and resolution of delivery issues
- Maintain accurate project records and update trackers with shipment, participant, and study-related data
- Assist in identifying, investigating, and resolving discrepancies between PRF and PSC datasets in collaboration with internal teams
- Support panellist and participant queries by providing timely, clear, and professional responses, escalating complex issues when needed
- Calculate, process, and track participant incentives while ensuring accurate eligibility validation and record keeping
- Maintain documentation of issues, resolutions, and project updates to ensure transparency and audit readiness
- Provide general administrative and coordination support across project teams as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent practical experience in project coordination or administrative roles
- 1-3 years of experience in project support, coordination, administration, or similar structured operational roles
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office tools
- Experience with survey or research platforms (e.g., Confirmit or similar) is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage and validate large sets of structured data
- Excellent written communication skills, particularly for responding to participant or stakeholder queries
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple priorities
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify issues and support resolution processes effectively
