Insight Global are seeking a Project Coordinator Business Transformation to support a large global financial services organisation through enterprise-wide engineering optimisation initiatives.
This opportunity requires 5 days onsite in Bangalore or Hyderabad, India for a 6month initial contract with potential to extend long-term.
The Project Coordinator will work across engineering support functions to drive business transformation and optimisation. This role blends analytical thinking, technical understanding, and structured project coordination. You'll gather and document business requirements, translate them into actionable technical specifications, and support end-to-end delivery of engineering initiatives.
Must-Have Requirements Include:
- Background within business analysis, project coordination, or programme delivery in a technology-driven or engineering-focused environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Social Sciences, or related field
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to understand end-to-end processes
- Solid understanding of engineering or technical concepts and ability to break down complex problems
- Familiarity with project tools such as SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or Loop
- Experience working within Agile or other SDLC methodologies
- Knowledge of automation/AI tools and practical implementation in workplace settings
- Demonstrated experience supporting delivery of complex technical initiatives
- Experience with ServiceNow
Plusses Include:
- Master's degree or certifications (PMP, CSM, CBAP)
- Experience within large-scale engineering transformation environments
