About the Role

We are looking for a Project Coordinator (Freelancer) to support advanced AI evaluation initiatives focused on project operations, workflow coordination, team collaboration, and execution management.

In this role, you will work with AI-generated outputs related to project planning, task tracking, reporting, stakeholder communication, documentation, and operational workflows, helping improve how AI models understand and optimize real-world project management processes.

Your expertise will help improve AI systems for workflow automation, operational intelligence, project tracking, and AI-powered collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Create deliverables addressing common requests within your professional domain
  • Annotate and evaluate AI-generated project coordination and workflow-related outputs
  • Review peer-developed deliverables to improve AI research quality and consistency
  • Assess AI outputs for workflow efficiency, project organization, communication quality, and operational relevance
  • Identify coordination gaps, scheduling conflicts, reporting issues, or process inefficiencies in AI-generated solutions and provide structured feedback
  • Support workflows involving project planning, stakeholder communication, documentation management, and progress tracking
  • Contribute domain expertise to improve AI systems focused on project coordination and workflow optimization

Requirements

  • Background in Project Management, Business Administration, Operations, or related fields
  • Strong understanding of project coordination, task management, reporting systems, and team collaboration workflows
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, Notion, or Microsoft Project is preferred
  • Experience with documentation, scheduling, or operational reporting is a plus
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
