Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end delivery of Web, Mobile, and AI projects from requirement gathering to deployment
- Work closely with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into functional and technical documentation
- Create detailed BRDs, Functional Requirement Documents, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and wireframes
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and teams simultaneously while ensuring smooth execution
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, QA teams, and AI/ML teams to ensure requirement clarity and alignment
- Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, task tracking, and delivery timelines using JIRA or similar project management tools
- Monitor project progress, dependencies, and risks to ensure on-time delivery
- Handle App Store and Play Store submission processes and coordinate full product launch cycles
- Act as the primary communication point between stakeholders and technical teams
- Identify project risks, manage change requests, and proactively communicate blockers before escalation
- Assist in testing, validation, and quality assurance to ensure deliverables meet business expectations
- Maintain project documentation, reports, governance standards, and delivery updates
- Actively leverage AI tools within workflows to improve productivity, documentation, and coordination
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator, Business Analyst, or similar role in IT services or digital product development
- Strong understanding of Web and Mobile application development lifecycles
- Experience managing and delivering multiple projects simultaneously
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Trello, ClickUp, or similar tools
- Ability to independently write clear BRDs, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria
- Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including developers, designers, QA, and AI teams
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, cloud platforms, and AI/ML workflows
- Experience using AI tools in day-to-day project execution and productivity workflows
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on AI-driven products such as Chatbots, Automation Tools, Recommendation Systems, or Agentic AI products
- Experience with App Store and Play Store launch processes
- Familiarity with wireframing tools such as Figma or Adobe XD
- Agile or Business Analysis certifications
- Prior experience working with US-based clients or digital agencies
