Project Coordinator

Three site offices, one shared spreadsheet that's always a version behind, and a project engineer who spends half his week chasing paperwork instead of walking the site — that's the gap an infrastructure contractor running projects across western India wants filled, and Flexiple is hiring the Project Coordinator to fill it.

You'll sit close to the site teams in Mumbai or Pune, keeping schedules, material trackers, and vendor follow-ups current across two or three active projects. It's not a desk-only role: you'll walk sites to confirm progress against the plan, chase subcontractors on open items, and make sure the project engineer's Monday morning starts with an accurate picture instead of a guessing game. Freshers with a relevant degree and the right attention to detail are genuinely welcome here.

This is an on-site role based out of Mumbai or Pune, with travel between active project sites.

• 1 to 4 years in project coordination, site administration, or a related support role; freshers with a civil or engineering background considered
• Comfort with spreadsheets and basic scheduling tools
• Willingness to travel between site offices within the region
• Clear communication with vendors, subcontractors, and site engineers
