Project Coordinator - Engineering

Lead and coordinate the engineering execution of large and complex FEED, EPC, EPCm, and portfolio projects across sectors such as Oil & Gas (Onshore/Offshore), Refinery, Petrochemicals, Fertilisers, and LNG. Ensure engineering deliverables meet client expectations, project requirements, and quality standards while maintaining alignment with cost and schedule constraints. Serve as the technical authority and primary interface between clients and the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams across all project phases, ensuring integration and seamless execution.
• Oversee engineering deliverables to meet quality, cost, and schedule requirements.
• Coordinate and align engineering activities with client and internal project stakeholders.
• Support proposal development and contribute to defining project scope, strategies, and execution plans.
• Resolve technical conflicts and challenges proactively to ensure smooth project progress.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and sustainability considerations in engineering design.
• Implement best practices and lessons learned to improve engineering processes and project execution.
• Monitor project progress, manage competing priorities, and maintain high-quality standards under pressure.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project management for complex engineering projects.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management training is a plus.
• Proven track record of successful engineering delivery for international and Indian clients.
