Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage ecommerce projects across platforms like Amazon, Walmart, Etsy, eBay, Shopify, and Magento.
- Act as the communication bridge between clients and internal teams.
- Assign and track tasks for teams handling product listing, catalog management, PPC campaigns, and email marketing.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure timely delivery of tasks.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports and client updates.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure quality of deliverables.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in project coordination, ecommerce operations, or digital marketing projects.
- Good understanding of Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, or other ecommerce platforms.
- Basic knowledge of PPC and email marketing workflows.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Experience with project management tools (Slack, Trello, Asana, etc.) is preferred.
