Project Manager/ Coordinator
DigiValet is seeking a seasoned Project Manager/ Coordinator to serve as the vital link between our business stakeholders and development teams. In this role, you will own the end-to-end software development lifecycle, translating priorities into actionable roadmaps. You will be responsible for aligning stakeholder expectations with technical delivery, optimizing resource allocation, and dismantling bottlenecks to ensure high-quality products ship on schedule. What you'll do in this role :
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring adherence to timelines, constraints, and quality standards for software development initiatives.
- Lead and facilitate daily stand-ups, planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams, allocating tasks, and fostering a collaborative and self-organizing work environment.
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks and impediments proactively, addressing issues to maintain project timelines and delivery commitments.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, understanding and translating their requirements into actionable user stories and technical specifications, along with prioritization.
- Optimize resource allocation, utilization and capacity planning for development teams, collaborating with internal departments to secure necessary resources.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including product backlogs, release backlogs, and client communications.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and ensure all releases are on time and meet the defined criteria.
- Track and publish status reports to various stakeholders, providing insights into team performance and project progress.
- Facilitate continuous improvement within the teams, encouraging innovation and adopting best practices.
Required Skills :
- Relevant hands-on experience in project management, specifically within the lifecycle of software product development, with a proven ability to lead teams from concept to delivery
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Robust leadership skills and adeptness in managing and guiding cross-functional development teams.
- Strategic and proactive approach to problem-solving, with a keen eye for detail and risk mitigation.
- Versatility in responding to dynamic project requirements and shifting priorities.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality software products and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Good to have relevant certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Agilist, PMP, orsimilar.
- Experience with project management and project managements tools such as Jira, etc.
