We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator from the advertisement industry to join our team in a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode.

The Project Coordinator will act as a key link between clients, internal creative teams, and external vendors, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery of all project deliverables.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing end-to-end project coordination from briefing to final delivery
• Collaborating with clients, internal teams, and vendors to ensure clarity and alignment
• Planning and tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards
• Monitoring daily progress and proactively resolving bottlenecks
• Preparing project reports, status updates, and documentation
• Assisting in resource allocation and workflow optimization
  

• Proven experience as a Project Coordinator in the advertisement or creative industry
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with clients, teams, and stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in project management tools and reporting systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Understanding of creative workflows, production processes, and campaign execution is preferred
• Educational background in business administration, project management, or related fields is an advantage
• Language proficiency in English and Malayalam is mandatory
