The organization has successfully delivered multiple landmark government and public-sector projects across India.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Project Coordinator – Civil Projects to manage end-to-end coordination and execution support for government and experiential infrastructure projects. The role requires strong expertise in client coordination, project reporting, team management, execution monitoring, and stakeholder handling to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

The candidate will work closely with internal teams, consultants, contractors, government authorities, and leadership teams to drive seamless project execution across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Execution

  • Coordinate day-to-day project execution activities across civil and interior works
  • Support project planning, scheduling, and execution monitoring from initiation to handover
  • Ensure execution as per approved drawings, technical specifications, BOQs, and timelines
  • Monitor project progress and coordinate with site teams to achieve milestone-based delivery
  • Conduct regular site visits and execution reviews to identify and resolve bottlenecks
  • Coordinate installation and execution activities with Design, MEP, Procurement, Production, and Vendor teams

Client & Government Coordination

  • Act as a key coordination point between clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
  • Handle coordination with government departments, authorities, and project stakeholders
  • Attend client meetings, review discussions, and progress presentations
  • Ensure timely submission of project updates, approvals, documentation, and compliance reports
  • Maintain strong professional relationships with clients and external stakeholders

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project MIS and progress reports
  • Track project schedules, execution status, resource utilization, and pending activities
  • Maintain project documentation including MOMs, DPRs, reports, drawings, and approvals
  • Support management with dashboards, presentations, and project review data
  • Highlight project risks, delays, and dependency concerns proactively

Team Management & Site Coordination

  • Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, supervisors, vendors, and consultants
  • Monitor workforce deployment and site productivity
  • Ensure smooth communication and coordination across cross-functional teams
  • Support issue resolution and maintain execution alignment among stakeholders
  • Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and project delivery standards

Project Control & Monitoring

  • Monitor material requirements, procurement coordination, and project dependencies
  • Support quantity tracking, billing coordination, and execution reconciliation
  • Track project budgets, timelines, and execution deliverables
  • Ensure timely closure of snag points and support final project handover activities

Desired Candidate Profile

  • B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering
  • 8+ years of experience in civil project execution, coordination, or project management
  • Strong exposure to government, infrastructure, museum, commercial, or interior projects
  • Good understanding of drawings, BOQs, estimation, and construction methodologies
  • Strong client coordination and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Experience in preparing project MIS, reports, dashboards, and documentation
  • Good communication, leadership, and team coordination skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, AutoCAD, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and site execution activities simultaneously
  • Open to travel and site deployment
