Job Summary

Manage office furniture delivery projects by coordinating client communications, scheduling work, resolving site issues, and ensuring timely, quality project completion.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor furniture deliveries independently and provide frequent updates by liaising and communicating with clients
  • Plan and document work schedules to align with project timelines and resource availability
  • Perform precise on-site office furniture site marking to ensure correct placement and installation
  • Identify and resolve dimension and site-related problems during renovation phases before furniture delivery
  • Attend site meetings to coordinate project details and align delivery with site readiness
  • Ensure all project deadlines are met to achieve timely completion and client satisfaction
  • Maintain quality standards while managing tight work schedules to deliver consistent results
