About the Role
We are hiring a Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate multiple smart home automation projects across residential and commercial sites. This role requires strong coordination, reporting, and leadership skills to ensure smooth execution, timely delivery, and quality standards across all projects.
Location
Weekdays: Sindhu Bhavan Road Office, Ahmedabad
Saturdays: Office Location (Ahmedabad)
Experience Required
3 to 5 years
(Candidates with less than 3 years of experience will not be considered)
Salary
27,000 32,000 per month
Job Summary
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for end-to-end coordination of smart home automation projects, working closely with Project Managers, field sales teams, and execution teams to ensure seamless on-site delivery and adherence to timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage multiple smart home automation projects
Supervise and guide Project Managers to meet project timelines and quality standards
Coordinate with field sales and site execution teams
Plan, track, and monitor project schedules, milestones, and site activities
Act as the central point of communication between management, sales, technical, and project teams
Handle escalations and resolve execution or site-related issues
Maintain project documentation, trackers, and MIS using Google Sheets
Prepare SOPs, reports, and internal communication using Google Docs
Design and manage data collection through Google Forms
Monitor attendance, productivity, and performance of project and field teams
Ensure adherence to defined processes and execution standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
35 years of experience in Project Coordination / Project Management / Field Operations
Experience in managing Project Managers and field teams
Strong understanding of project execution workflows
Excellent reporting and MIS skills
Hands-on knowledge of Google Sheets, Docs, and Forms
Strong communication, leadership, and follow-up skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in smart home automation, electrical, electronics, or technology-driven projects (training will be provided)
Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
Confident in handling escalations and cross-team coordination
Willing to travel locally for site coordination and reviews
