Job Description

As a Project Controls Manager - GCC Project Governance, you willestablishand drive project management governance and controls across GCC customer delivery projects. You will partner closely with GCC Execution teams, Project Managers, Finance, and regional stakeholders to improve schedule predictability, cost discipline, and delivery performance.

You will report to the Global Delivery Process Transformation Director.

Your Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and continuously improve GCC project governance frameworks, including lifecycle, stage gates, roles, approvals, and standard deliverables aligned to global standards.

• Establish and govern schedule and progress controls, including baseline schedules, WBS quality, milestone management, and portfolio-leveltracking with early risk identification and recovery support.

• Define and enforce standard cost, margin, and forecasting practices (ETC, EAC, accruals) in partnership with Finance and Project Managers toidentifytrends and escalation risks.

• Operate and enforce risk, issue, and change management governance, ensuring proper ownership, impact analysis, escalation, and contractual/margin discipline.

• Publish portfolio dashboards, lead regular review cadences, conduct governance health checks, and drive continuous improvement across GCC delivery projects.

The Essentials - You Will Have

• Bachelor's or master'sdegree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, project controls, or program management roles.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.

• Demonstrated experience managing complex, large-scale projects within a matrix organization.

• Experience working in Operational Technology (OT) or industrial environments.

• Highproficiencyin English with strong stakeholder engagement capability.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have

• Experienceoperatingataportfolio or PMOlevelwith enterprise-scale governance models.

• Strong background in schedule planning, cost control, and financial forecasting for delivery projects.

• Hands-on experience with project management and reporting tools used for portfolio governance.

• Exposure to global delivery models and cross-region stakeholder environments.
