Purpose

Lead integrated planning, scheduling, cost management, risk management, and performance reporting across the project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain integrated master schedules.
  • Lead planning, scheduling and reporting teams.
  • Conduct critical path and delay analyses.
  • Manage forecasting, cost reporting and risk assessments.
  • Support claims management and extension-of-time evaluations.
  • Deliver project controls reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
  • Minimum 18 years of project controls experience.
  • Minimum 8 years in a leadership role on major infrastructure projects.
  • Expertise in Primavera P6 and project controls methodologies.
  • Strong background in schedule management, earned value analysis and forecasting.
  • Experience on airport or mega infrastructure projects preferred.
