Role Summary

We are looking for a technically sound Project Coordinator to serve as the central bridge between our Site Teams, Factory, Clients, Purchase Department, and Management. The candidate will use their mechanical and technical knowledge to align production, resolve site issues, track procurement, and manage client communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical & Site Support: Review fabrication drawings (AutoCAD), interpret technical specifications, and ensure fabrication matches site measurements.
• Site & Factory Bridge: Align daily factory production schedules with site installation timelines to avoid technical and material bottlenecks.
• Client & Architect Coordination: Act as the technical point of contact for clients, architects, and consultants regarding project updates and drawing approvals.
• Purchase & Material Tracking: Coordinate raw material specifications (grades, gauges, finishes) with the Procurement team and track vendor deliveries.
• Cross-Team Mediation: Resolve technical and operational discrepancies between Design, Factory, and Site installation teams.

Key Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of metal fabrication processes (SS/MS, laser cutting, bending, welding, finishes) and drawing reading.
• Experience: 2+ years in project coordination within architectural metalwork, interior fit-outs, or structural fabrication.
• Software: Proficient in MS Excel and basic AutoCAD / drawing viewer tools.
• Skills: Excellent communication, multitasking, and cross-team coordination abilities.
