Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to support and coordinate multiple prefab and PEB projects from the Head Office. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth coordination across internal teams and timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project activities between the Head Office and the site teams
• Track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables
• Monitor project progress and highlight risks or delays
• Coordinate with design, planning, QA/QC, safety, procurement, and billing teams
• Ensure timely flow of drawings, BOQs, and project documentation
• Monitor project progress, material usage, and site productivity
• Prepare MIS reports, project dashboards, and status updates
• Support planning, scheduling, and resource coordination
• Maintain centralized project documentation and records

Requirements:

• B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• 9–12 years of experience in project coordination (PEB / prefab / industrial projects preferred)
• Strong understanding of project planning and execution processes
• Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
