Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates via job boards, social media, and networks
• Screen and assess technical skills and cultural fit
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication
• Write and post job descriptions
• Collaborate with hiring managers on role requirements
• Maintain and update candidate database
• Conduct market research on IT hiring trends

Skills & Attributes:

• MBA/PGDM with HR/IT background
• 5–8 years of IT recruitment experience (agency or corporate)
• Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
