About the Role

We are looking for a Implementation Consultant to join our growing team! In this role, you'll be responsible for end-to-end implementation of HRMS solutions across various modules (Core HR, Payroll, Attendance, Performance, etc.). You'll work directly with clients to understand their business requirements, configure solutions, and ensure a seamless onboarding and go-live experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead implementation projects for Darwinbox modules including Core HR, Payroll, Leave, Attendance, Performance, and moreGather and analyze client requirements through discovery sessions
• Configure Darwinbox system as per business needs and ensure successful UAT and deployment
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including HR, IT, and product teams
• Train end-users and support change management during rollout
• Provide post-go-live support and issue resolution

Maintain project documentation and ensure timely communication on milestones

Required Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in HRMS/ERP implementation, preferably Darwinbox
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices
• Experience managing end-to-end implementation lifecycle (requirement gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, support)
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver high-quality results within timelines

Knowledge of data migration, integration, and reporting tools is a plus
