Job Description

Oversees, scheduling and coordination of internal and external resources for project completion
Supervise installation, testing and commissioning of key power equipment, including transformer, HT/LT panels, DG sets, and associated substation components.
Oversee underground and overhead cable laying work, ensuring alignment with project drawings and adapting to site condition.
Inspect and supervise cable installation, termination, and identification, ensuring high quality work across internal and external wiring system.
Collaborate with the planning and execution teams to review MEP project BOQs, drawings, and ensure all installation meet project specification and work order.
Oversee the implementation of quality control processes for electrical works in accordance with project engineering standards.
Conduct quality audits for new and upgraded site, including substation, transformers, switchgear, DG sets, battery banks and cable termination.
Inspect and ensure proper testing and commissioning of electrical equipment, such as LV/HV cables, panels, transformers, and capacitor bank.
Prepare Inspection and Test Plans (ITLs) for electrical and instrumentation activities.
Verify calibration of testing equipment and ensure all tests (Cable, UPS, Earth pits, Transformer Tests) are conducted per specification..
Review electrical engineering technical specifications and bid documents for engineered equipment, materials engineering, and construction service contracts
Ensures all punch list work is completed in a timely manner and that it does not interfere with the client s ability to occupy the space
Maintaining project documents and reports, including drawings, submittals, and locates
Monitoring project progress and keeping the project manager and others informed about status and potential issues
