Key Responsibilities:
Cross Functional Coordination:
- Identify and coordinate project requirements across departments such as Production, Assembly, Purchase, Planning, Electronics, R&D, Finance, Stores, and Manufacturing operations.
- Support execution of multiple ongoing projects and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders for smooth workflow and project progress.
- Assist management in planning and execution of new operational initiatives.
Project Coordination & Execution:
- Understand project requirements and align resources with relevant departments.
- Track timelines, milestones, deliverables, and project schedules.
- Provide regular progress updates to management.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Purchase, Accounts, Engineering, and Service teams for timely execution.
Internal Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal departments and external vendors.
- Handle coordination queries, follow-ups, and ensure closure of pending tasks.
- Ensure smooth communication flow among all stakeholders.
Process Improvement & Operational Support:
- Monitor process gaps, delays, and operational challenges.
- Provide feedback to management for process improvement and better planning strategies.
- Suggest improvements for coordination efficiency and execution timelines.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Prepare MIS reports, trackers, project status sheets, MOMs, and progress reports.
- Maintain ERP / Excel records and project pipeline updates.
- Manage documentation related to purchase orders, approvals, dispatch status, material readiness, and internal reporting.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Production, Mechatronics, Commerce, or related field.
- MBA in Operations / Project Management (preferred but not mandatory).
Required Skills:
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good understanding of manufacturing operations and departmental workflow.
- Knowledge of Production Planning, Purchase Coordination, Finance, and Accounts processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Advanced Excel, and ERP / SAP systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
Experience:
- 1–10 years of experience in Project Coordination / Production Coordination / Operations Coordination.
- Candidates from Manufacturing / Engineering / Industrial background preferred.
