Project Co-ordinator (1 Post)
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Forestry/Environment Studies/related field
- 2 years of experience in related field
- Strong research and analytical skills with experience in field work for data collection
- Strong communication skills to establish network of key stakeholders (school authorities, local authorities, District administration, civil society)
- Leadership role to manage team
- Liaison role with Govt. departments and NGOs
Roles & Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate on all aspects to support the Program
- To liaise with the implementing Agency on all matters relating to administration, research and development, and Finance
- Monitoring and assessment of all the project components
- Lead the research and Development for a common framework for North East India on Climate and Development
- Analysis of data collection for research output to support policy processes
- Preparation of half-yearly and Yearly Project Reports
- Liaise with Government departments (for forest/ environment projects under which would be trained)
- Submission of final project Report policy recommendations.
- Publication of project results and output both academic and non-academic publications
- Dissemination of the successful outcome of the Project
- Meeting all deliverables and meeting deadlines
