What you can look forward to as Project-Buyer
- Identifying new suppliers For Different commodities. ( Shocks , Clutch ,Fluids , Braking ) & checking Supplier's Initial Feasibility for Aftermarket business NDA Sign off with Potential Supplier and Sharing RFQ Price Negotiations and Finalization based on Target Purchase Price & raising New Supplier approval request and Proposal for VDA 6.3 Audit
- Ensuring Audit action plan closing in time from local supplier with internal quality team & plan & develop strategic suppliers for each commodity.
- Co-ordinating Purchase contract sign off with local suppliers. Ensuring Supplier will meet ZF QMS requirements.
- Coordinate RFQ and Part supply to Global ZF partners & ensuring New Part creation, new packing material availability, Product Label, for all parts in co-ordination with Category management
- Co-ordination & Alignment with central purchasing team for other service requirement purchase orders & ensure packaging standardization etc.
- Monitoring Raw material Prices on frequent basis & define the annual Cost Saving Strategies and Plan the executions
Your profile as Project-Buyer
- Bachelor degree or above in mechanical or related field with at least 6-8 years of professional experience in industry field Purchasing topics. Should have handled exclusive commodity at least for 3-4 years
- Familiar with Purchasing processes and compliances
- Able to negotiate smartly, should have excellent negotiation Skill
- Experience with automotive Industries
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
