Key Responsibilities
• Support preparation and processing of project invoices
• Assist in accounts receivable and billing cycle activities
• Reconcile project cost, labour hours, and billing data
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities
• Prepare documents and schedules for internal and external audits
• Monitor and report labour costs and project expenses
• Understand and apply prime contract commercial terms
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and global standards
• Maintain accurate financial and accounting records for projects
• Support GST and invoicing compliance requirements for Indian operations
• Coordinate with project teams for financial data validation and reporting
• Assist in financial analysis and variance reporting
