Project Associate

Experience: 3+ years

Education: Master's degree in Marketing, Public Policy, Social Entrepreneurship, or a related field

The Role

This is a high-ownership role working directly with the leadership team to build new products from the ground up. You'll get a front-row seat to how an early-stage organisation operates across partnerships, product, research, and operations — with direct visibility into strategic decisions and real impact on growth.

You'll lead relationship-building with school counselors, parents, and key stakeholders across India, Singapore, and the Middle East, while collaborating closely with the management team to design and launch new learning products for high school and college students.

What you'll own:

• Build and manage strategic relationships with school counselors, parents, and stakeholders across India, Singapore, and the Middle East
• Drive the design of new youth-focused learning products, from concept through launch
• Work cross-functionally across partnerships, product, research, and operations
• Research emerging trends in education, student development, and the social impact ecosystem to inform product strategy
• Prepare presentations, briefs, and reports for internal leadership and external stakeholders
• Represent the organisation at forums and events, online and offline

• Clear, fluent communication skills
• High EQ, patience, and empathy when working with diverse stakeholders
• Quick learning ability and comfort with ambiguity
• Strong proficiency in Excel, spreadsheets, and presentations
• A genuine interest in education and social impact
