Role Description The Project Associate role at The Chennai Silks is a full-time, on-site position based in Tiruppur. The Project Associate will support the planning, coordination, and execution of retail and operational projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Responsibilities include collecting and analyzing data, preparing reports, assisting in documentation, and tracking project progress. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, participating in meetings, and communicating updates to stakeholders. The Project Associate may also help with training coordination, process improvements, and implementation of new initiatives within the store and back-office operations.

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Research abilities to collect, interpret, and present data for project decision-making.
• Candidates should possess solid Project Management skills to assist with planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for effective interaction with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess Training-related skills to support onboarding and process training for team members when required.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include proficiency in MS Office tools, attention to detail, ability to work in a structured and deadline-driven environment, and prior experience in retail or textiles projects.
• A bachelor's degree in business, management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
