Project Associate

Job Title: Project Associate – Manny AI (PLM)

Experience: 2–3 years

Location: Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu

Overview:

We are looking for a Project Associate to coordinate between the Manny AI PLM

development team and manufacturing teams. The candidate should have a good

understanding of product development and manufacturing processes and be able to translate

user requirements into clear inputs for the software development team.

Responsibilities

• Understand PLM and product development processes in manufacturing.
• Coordinate with production, raw material, quality, and other manufacturing teams.
• Gather, understand, and document user requirements for Manny AI.
• Understand and organize product, BOM, Tech Pack, Costing, and other

manufacturing data.

• Coordinate with the development team for feature development and implementation.
• Support testing, validation, and user acceptance of PLM features.
• Collect user feedback and communicate improvement requirements to the

development team.

• Track project activities, issues, action items, and timelines.
• Prepare basic process and product documentation and Minutes of Meeting (MoM).

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Prior experience in project coordination is an added advantage.
• Prior work experience with PLM/ERP systems is preferred.
• Good understanding of manufacturing and product development processes.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and manufacturing teams.
