Launched in 2017 as a first-of-its-kind initiative by the Government of Telangana, RICH has been established to bridge the gap between research and real-world applications by enabling collaboration among research and academic institutions, industry, startups, hospitals and government bodies. RICH also serves as Hyderabad's Science and Technology Cluster, under a national initiative led by the Office of the Principal Scientific Adviser to the Government of India. In this capacity, RICH drives multidisciplinary projects to address complex local and national challenges.

RICH is offers you an exciting opportunity to work as a Project Associate- Sustainability, and work on activities aimed at startup engagement, innovation challenges, and ecosystem enablement. Additionally, you would be expected to identify funding opportunities and create proposals in the Sustainability area. You would also support other team members in various activities related to high-visibility projects in the Sustainability area (Industrial Decarbonisation, Circularity, E-Mobility, Energy Management etc.). This role is suitable for recent graduates (2-3 yrs of experience) and requires a committed resource who has experience in working on innovation programs, improving stakeholder engagement and proposal writing / fundraising.

1. Assist in execution and awareness creation for state-level startup grand challenges aimed at solving MSME sector problems

2. Update the dashboards, databases, project documentation, communications, reporting, and event coordination as required.

3. Reach out to MSMEs, engage them actively, and onboard them into RICH-organized events and initiatives under the RAMP Program.

4. Research and compile existing and emerging technologies, from MSME entrepreneurs and startups, to be included in MSME Decarbonisation Technology Playbook

5. Support in innovation programs, improving stakeholder engagement and proposal writing / fundraising

6. Handle content creation, enhancing digital profile of team, startup outreach and ecosystem management for the Sustainability team

· Education:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or Environmental Engineering with relevant subjects from recognized university.

· Experience: Recent Graduates with up to 3 years of work experience, having an understanding of startup ecosystem, hackathons, digital media outreach, proposal writing.

· Preferred Skills:

o Interest in innovation, MSMEs, sustainability, and startup ecosystems

o Strong communication and interpersonal skills

o Familiarity with MS Office/Google Workspace tools

o Eagerness to learn, adapt, and work in a team environment

· Base Location: Hyderabad. No-remote, on site job.

· Travel Requirement: Up to 30% travel mostly within Telangana

· Remuneration: In line with industry standards per internal norms
