Job Description

  • Leading and managing our Email marketing projects in tools like SFMC, Marketo, Eloqua etc.
  • Design and implement email marketing campaigns according to business goals
  • Work to improve our brand presence
  • Regularly track and get insights into competitors strategies
  • Develop and monitor ROI and KPIs
  • Maintain and manage all our social media channels
  • Liaise with Marketing, Sales and Product development teams
  • Suggest and implement direct marketing methods
  • Suggest strategies and methods for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with digital media technologies and latest trends
  • Owns the project timelines, milestones and timely delivery of all multi-channel projects
  • Apply classic project management methodology capabilities: project delivery within defined budget, specific timeline, standards of quality and agreed-upon scope
  • Understand campaign management and CRM programs, required procedures and data integration requirements
  • Serve as first line of communication for Brand/Business contact and own client satisfaction
  • Gather initial requirements and collaborate with Marketing Services Delivery Lead responsible for drafting the business requirements and managing data integration requirements with Client s marketing database vendor
