Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Assistant based in Chennai. The Project Assistant will support the planning, execution, and monitoring of assigned projects, ensuring they are completed successfully within deadlines. Responsibilities include coordinating with various teams, maintaining records and reports, assisting in communication and outreach efforts, and proactively addressing project-related challenges. Additionally, the Project Assistant will work closely with management to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

  • Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in documentation, report preparation, and communication
  • Teamwork, interpersonal, and collaboration abilities
  • Basic knowledge of project management principles and tools
  • Ability to work independently in an on-site setting and meet project deadlines
  • Experience or interest in the non-profit sector and social initiatives is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Work, or a relevant field
