Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor/Master degree in Geography, Real Estate, Urban Studies, Urban Planning, or related discipline;
- Proficiency in GIS is necessary;
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; and
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
Responsibilities
- Assist in land administration project;
- Assist in handling planning applications and land matters;
- Assist in property researches; and
- Frequent outdoor inspection.
