About Earth Care Foundation

Earth Care Foundation is a collaborative effort of senior civil servants in distinguished services like IAS, IPS, IRTS, IFS, IA&AS, army and navy officers, corporate veterans, esteemed professors, and enthusiastic individuals. It is a 20-year-old non-governmental organisation registered as a trust in 2005 under the Indian Trust Act, working on Pan India projects.

It works to establish a Sustainable Society and Sustainable lifestyle by empowering the underprivileged sections of society with knowledge, skills, and resources on the one hand and promoting Environmental Conservation on the other. It has been working for the upgradation of knowledge and skills of the children, youth, and women of the poor and underprivileged sections of the society so as to help in establishing peace, prosperity and harmony in the society.

We are hiring for the following positions :

Position 1: Project Assistant (PA)

Location: Noida / Greater Noida

Salary: 18,000 per month

Eligibility & Experience

Minimum 1 year of experience / internship

Graduate in any discipline

Good command over spoken and written English

Basic computer skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Key Responsibilities

Support project implementation

Assist in data entry, reporting, and coordination

Communicate with beneficiaries and stakeholders

Position 2: Senior Project Assistant (Sr. PA)

Location: Noida / Greater Noida

Salary: 25,000 per month

Eligibility & Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience

Qualification: B.Com preferred

Experience in Accounts/Administration

NOIDA / Greater Noida based or ready to relocate

Good command over spoken and written English

Key Responsibilities

Handle project coordination and reporting

Assist in accounts and administrative work

Coordination and monitoring

Position 3: Assistant Project Head

Location: Noida / Greater Noida

Salary: 35,000 per month

Eligibility & Experience

Total 4+ years of experience in Social Sector / NGO

At least 3 years of experience as Project Coordinator in social sector

Experience in working on CSR Projects

Key Skills Required

Fluent in spoken and written English

Strong experience in:

• Writing and managing Project Proposals ,
• Fundraising and donor communication
• Reporting & Documentation

Experience in Fund Raising will be an added advantage

Good knowledge of PPT/ Tally / Excel / Accounting software

Noida / Greater Noida based or ready to relocate
