Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Architect based in Ahmedabad. The primary responsibilities include leading architectural projects from concept to completion, preparing and coordinating submittals, utilizing advanced Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools to enhance project workflows. The role also involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, managing design processes, and delivering high-quality, cost-effective outcomes while ensuring compliance with project requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture, Building Information Modeling (BIM), and familiarity with contemporary design methodologies
• Experience in producing and managing Submittals during various project stages
• Strong skills in Project Management and effective coordination with cross-disciplinary teams
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Degree in Architecture or a related field, with professional experience in architectural design and project delivery
• Proficiency with advanced design software, with emphasis on Revit, Enscape and BIM tools
