Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Architect based in Delhi, India. The Project Architect will oversee architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring design quality and adherence to project timelines. Responsibilities include developing design concepts, preparing detailed submittals, coordinating with team members and clients, and ensuring compliance with sustainability standards. The role demands leadership in managing projects, devising solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve successful design and construction outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop detailed architectural and interior drawings (plans, sections, details)
- Assist in design development and working drawings
- Coordinate with site teams, consultants, and vendors
- Support in project documentation and BOQs
- Ensure drawings are aligned with design intent and execution requirements
- Assist in managing projects from design stage to site execution
Requirements- B.Arch degree (01 year experience)
- Strong interest in working drawings and detailing
- Basic knowledge of CAD drafting | SketchUp preferred
- Good understanding of materials and interior detailing
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Based in Delhi NCR (preferred)

- Creative problem-solving ability and an acute attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture is a MUST
