Role Description

This is a full-time, Project Architect role based in Coimbatore. The Project Architect will be responsible for designing and managing architectural projects, preparing submittals, overseeing design development, integrating sustainable design principles, and utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools. The role includes collaboration with clients, consultants, and team members to ensure successful project execution and adherence to timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Architecture and Project Management to oversee and deliver complex design projects
• Proficiency in Submittals and Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools for design and documentation processes will be preferred.
• Knowledge of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) principles and sustainable design practices will be prefered.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills to manage teams and coordinate with stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, and relevant certification or licenses where applicable
• Prior experience in architectural design, project coordination, and construction processes
• Good design and presentation skills with 2D and 3d softwares like sketchup, lumion, D5, etc is must
• Should be flexible to work on project timelines and meet the dead lines of the projects.
