Role Description The Project Architect will lead and coordinate architectural projects from concept through completion, ensuring design intent, quality, and timely delivery. This full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi involves developing designs, preparing detailed drawings and specifications, overseeing documentation and submittals, and collaborating closely with clients, consultants, and contractors. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project schedules and workflows, guiding the use of BIM tools, reviewing technical details and construction documents, and supporting site coordination and design implementation. The Project Architect will also contribute to sustainable design strategies, maintain compliance with local codes and standards, and mentor junior team members within a collaborative studio environment.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Architecture, including design development, detailing, and coordination across project phases.
- Demonstrated Project Management skills, with experience handling timelines, budgets, resources, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) platforms (e.g., Revit or equivalent) for design, visualization, and documentation.
- Experience managing Submittals, technical reviews, and construction documentation in collaboration with consultants and contractors.
- Knowledge of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) or similar green building standards and interest in sustainable design.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution and registration or eligibility for registration as an architect (as applicable).
- Strong graphic and visualization skills with competence in CAD, 3D modeling, and presentation software.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to work collaboratively, and readiness to operate in a fast-paced studio setting.
- Prior experience in residential, commercial, or workplace projects is preferred; familiarity with Indian building codes and local regulations is an advantage.
