Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lucknow, India, for a Project Architect at Node Urban Lab. The Project Architect will lead and manage architectural projects from conception to completion, ensuring design excellence and compliance with project goals. Responsibilities include developing and reviewing architectural designs, preparing submittals, coordinating with interdisciplinary project teams and consultants, and incorporating sustainability and innovative practices. The role also requires quality control, adherence to timelines, and efficient communication with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Industry Experience: 4-5 Years
• Demonstrated expertise in Architecture and comprehensive design development
• Experience with Submittals and documentation processes
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or relevant field
