Project Architect

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 5-7 years of experience in architectural design and construction in the Indian job market context. The candidate should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural projects from conception to completion, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to create design solutions that meet project requirements and adhere to local building codes and regulations.
• Create detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents using AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software.
• Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions, review construction progress, and ensure that the project is being built according to design specifications.
• Manage project budgets and timelines, including tracking expenses and coordinating with contractors and suppliers.
• Prepare and present project proposals, reports, and presentations to clients and stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• 5-7 years of experience in architectural design and construction in the Indian job market context.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural software.
• Strong understanding of local building codes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of sustainable design and green building practices is a plus.
• Licensed architect preferred.
