Role Description

This full-time, on-site role in Chennai is for a Project Architect at MAARS Design. Responsibilities include overseeing architectural projects from conception to completion, preparing submittals, managing project timelines, and ensuring adherence to design quality and client specifications. The Project Architect will collaborate with clients, consultants, and team members while utilizing advanced design tools and sustainable practices.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in architectural principles and design tools
• Experience in preparing and reviewing Submittals to support project delivery
• Knowledge of Project Management to coordinate and lead projects effectively
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
• Prior experience in residential projects is a plus
• 3 Years Experience and above
