Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor architectural works on-site to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site engineers for design execution and resolution of technical issues.
- Ensure quality control, material checks, and adherence to safety standards.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports.
- Review shop drawings, material samples, and ensure compliance with design intent.
- Assist in resolving design-related queries raised during construction.
- Ensure timely completion of architectural and interior work as per project schedule.
- Collaborate with the project management team for smooth execution of works.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.arch) from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in site execution of architectural projects.
- Experience and knowledge of Construction site must
- Strong knowledge of construction details, materials, and finishing works.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other architectural software.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and resolve on-site challenges effectively.
