About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Architect / Project Architect with hands-on experience in architectural planning, redevelopment projects, and municipal approvals. The role involves working on residential and commercial developments across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of architectural planning drawings for residential and commercial buildings

• Development of concept plans, sanction drawings, and working drawings

• Assistance in redevelopment feasibility studies and project planning

• Preparation of drawings for municipal submissions and approvals

• Coordination with RCC, MEP consultants, developers, and liaison teams

• Participation in project planning discussions and design development

Required Skills

• Experience working on projects in Thane / Mumbai Metropolitan Region

• Strong knowledge of UDCPR / DCPR regulations and development control norms

• Experience in residential and commercial building planning

• Ability to perform FSI calculations and feasibility studies

• Experience in preparing approval drawings for municipal authorities

Software Skills

• AutoCAD (Mandatory)

• Knowledge of SketchUp / Lumion / 3D visualization tools will be an advantage

Qualification

Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

COA Registration preferred

Additional Requirements

• Practical exposure to redevelopment or multi-storey residential projects

• Ability to handle planning, documentation, and coordination responsibilities independently
