Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru for a Project Architect. The Project Architect will oversee all phases of architectural design from concept to construction, ensuring projects meet client expectations, functional needs, and timelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing architectural plans, working with Building Information Modeling (BIM) software, drafting project submittals, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to sustainability and design standards. Project management and team collaboration will also play a significant part in ensuring the seamless delivery of each project.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Architecture and Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Experience preparing Submittals and overseeing project documentation
• Knowledge of project management principles and processes
• Familiarity with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) practices, ensuring sustainable design solutions
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
• Experience with bespoke residential architectural projects is a plus
