Project Architect (AR3 Level)

Location: Pune (On site)

We are seeking a highly experienced and competent Project Architect (AR3 Level) with 12+ years of professional experience to lead and manage architectural projects, with a strong focus on government and public sector developments.

This role requires a balance of technical expertise, leadership capability, and attention to detail, along with the ability to manage teams, interface with clients, and ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

• Lead and manage architectural projects from concept design through execution and completion
• Handle government and public sector projects across diverse domains such as sports infrastructure, institutional buildings, and infrastructure developments
• Prepare, review, and oversee design drawings, working drawings, and detailed construction documentation
• Ensure high standards of detailing, design quality, and compliance with project specifications
• Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams
• Plan, track, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones
• Lead client presentations, design reviews, and coordination meetings
• Manage and mentor team members, ensuring efficient delegation and quality output
• Oversee technical compliance, site coordination, and execution support
• Contribute actively to working drawings, detailing, and on-site problem-solving

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture
• Minimum 12+ years of relevant professional experience
• Proven experience in government/public sector and infrastructure projects
• Strong expertise in architectural detailing and construction documentation
• Sound technical knowledge of building systems and execution practices
• Demonstrated ability in project management and team leadership
• Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict timelines
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, MS Office, and other relevant tools

• Experience in multi-disciplinary government and private sector projects
• Strong eye for detailing and design resolution
• Ability to lead teams and drive project execution efficiently
• Confidence in client interactions and presentations
